Thank you for your interest in becoming a WVAC volunteer.
Volunteeers are needed in a variety of capacities - from staffing festivals to ushering at concerts, to helping out in the office. We value your special skills and welcome your involvement in making the arts an integral part of our community.
Mailing Committee
Assist with mailings (folding, tabbing, labeling,
stuffing and stamping) ranging in size from 200 to 5,000 pieces.
WVAC Table
Promote WVAC programs and donation opportunities to
visitors and audience members before, during, and after concerts/special events by volunteering at
the WVAC Table.
Office Assistant
Assist with
data entry and filing. Office volunteers support
the staff on an as-needed basis during regular scheduled office hours.
Event Volunteers
Volunteers assist in all aspects
of the events including event set-up and tear-down, ticket sales, concessions, VIP area, volunteer
hospitality, artist hospitalit,y and more.
Miscellaneous
We are always in need of volunteers with
backgrounds in photography, graphic design, and IT support.
